When shipping your flowers to us, please follow our detailed packing instructions sent to you uppon ordering to ensure proper handling of your fresh blooms.

For the best results, we strongly recommend shipping your blooms as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of your flowers. (Please keep in mind where you're located and the day of the week it will be sent). You're welcome to use any desired transit company at your own account.

When Storing the flowers before delivery:
 Immediately following your wedding, place your bouquet stems in water and keep in a cool location. 

While preparing to ship or drop off your bouquet, keep the stems in water and store the arrangement in a cool, dark place. If possible, place the bouquet in the front or middle section of the fridge to prevent moisture from dripping onto the flowers.
 

The entire process, from the arrival of your bouquet to the completion of your artwork, takes approximately 2-4 months. This timeframe depends on the types of florals and drying techniques required. Since each flower dries at a different rate, we ensure they are fully dried before proceeding with encapsulation. Once your keepsake is complete, we will carefully package your artwork and ship it via Courier Guy. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey to its new home, where it can be cherished forever!
