Each client acknowledge that they have selected the shipping option of their choice. Our products are made by order and therefore subjected to the availability of stock please allow 9 to 17 business days lead time for orders. Damages

While Hound Design Studio is committed to diligently ensuring the proper packaging of purchased items to prevent damage, we shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred during transportation by third-party transport companies and couriers. Images of the packaging and items will be taken before shipping as proof.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not accept returns or give refunds on items, but we do provide alterations to ensure that you are satisfied with your design.
