Shipping and Damages

While Hound Design Studio is committed to diligently ensuring the proper packaging of purchased items to prevent damage, we shall not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred during transportation by third-party transport companies and couriers. Images of the packaging and items will be taken before shipping as proof.

Digital Products and Orders

Payment of the digital product price will entitle You to a royalty free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use, download and store the Product(s). In respect of any element of the Product that comprises a template, you may for Your own internal purposes only make derivative works using the Product. You acknowledge that the purchase of this licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership. You may not, unless otherwise expressly permitted:
- sell, sub-licence, distribute, display, copy, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, transfer, or otherwise make available any Product and/or its content to any other person;
- use any Product or its content to create any derivative works or products that could be considered competitive products
No refunds or exchanges are allowed on any digital items/products purchased

All of our wedding websites and digital design packages are custom-made to order. Because each project is tailored to your unique specifications, all sales are final once your order has been placed — whether through our online store, WhatsApp, or email.

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that no design work has begun during that time. If any portion of the design process or package purchased has started, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

After 24 hours, all orders are considered confirmed and non-refundable, as work and resources are allocated to ensure timely delivery and quality of service.

We appreciate your understanding and respect for the creative process that goes into each custom design.

Flower Preservation Cancellation, Return & Damages  Policy

Cancellations for flower preservation orders can only be made within 7 days of placing your order (whether online, via WhatsApp, or email).

If your order was placed within the week of your event, cancellation must be communicated no later than 48 hours before the event date.

After the 7-day cancellation period has passed, we begin preparing your materials, including ordering your custom frame and/or resin, to ensure everything is ready when your flowers arrive. Therefore, the full cost of the frame/resin will be charged when cancelling after the 7-day or 48-hour period.

Additionally, a 40% administration and processing fee will apply to cover order handling, scheduling, and preparation costs.

At Hound Design Studio, each preservation piece is handcrafted and personalised with great care and attention to detail.

Because each artwork is custom-made to your order specification prior to completion, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We take immense pride in creating a piece that honours your flowers and story, one that you can cherish for years to come. We appreciate your understanding, as each preservation piece is custom-made and requires advance preparation.

Hound Design Studio is not liable for any damages that may occur to your piece during shipping or after it has left our studio (please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details).

In the unfortunate event that your artwork is damaged, we’re happy to assist with repairs at a quoted cost.

Sneaker, Clothing & Accessories Orders

All our items are made to order and often customised to your preferences. We provide detailed size guides and reference images to assist you in selecting the correct size and fit before placing your order.

Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded once placed.

Each piece is carefully created upon order to ensure quality and attention to detail. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and handcrafted process.

Stationery Policy

All stationery items are made to order. Please note that images provided are for reference only and may vary slightly depending on paper type, print method, and finishing.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing the size details, paper descriptions, and product specifications provided before placing an order.

Once an order has been placed, materials are specially sourced for your project and the design process is scheduled and prepared. For this reason, all sales are final.

Cancellations cannot be made once the design process has begun or materials have been purchased. In such cases, full cost of materials and a 40% administration and processing fee will be charged to cover design preparation, sourcing, and scheduling costs.

We appreciate your understanding, as each stationery order is crafted specifically for you with care and attention to detail.

Privacy & Safety

We respect your privacy and take the protection of Personal Information very seriously. We strive to deliver excellent service every time you shop with us, and to do this, we need to use some of your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the Personal Information we collect about you and/or receive from you. By using our Platforms, you agree to the processing of your Personal Information as set out in this Privacy Policy.
When you register to use our Platform, we may collect the following Personal Information:

  • Name and surname;

  • Email address;

  • Physical address;

  • Billing address;

  • Gender;

  • Wedding Information & details;

  • Mobile phone number;

  • Online identifiers;

  • Date of birth; and/or

  • Identification number.

We process the Personal Information we collect and receive to:

  • identify you;

  • verify your identity;

  • to provide our personalized services for you;

  • create a user account for you; and/or

  • enter into a contract with you.

  • fulfill our contractual obligations to you when you have ordered goods in order for us to deliver those goods;

  • provide you with information, products or services you request from us.

  • communicate with you regarding our Platforms and provide you with information, products or services, including billing, customer support, resolving complaints and quality control.

  • notify you about changes to our Platforms, services and products, terms and conditions, privacy policy or notices, and any other changes that impact our Platforms, services and products.

  • send you information about competitions, products or services that may interest you (unless you have opted out of receiving such information).

  • get feedback from you which we need to develop our products and services and grow our business.

  • undertake research and statistical purposes. The research and statistics we get from this process do not include your Personal Information and cannot be linked to you, nor can you be identified from these statistics.

We keep your Personal Information for as long as:

  • we need it to provide our products or services to you.

  • it is required or allowed by law and is in line with our internal retention policies.

  • it is necessary to uphold the contract between you and us.

  • you have agreed to us keeping your Personal Information subject to your request for us to stop processing your Personal Information.

  • you agree that we may display your designs as a creative example to potential clients on our platforms.

We may provide or make your Personal Information available to:

  • our employees, the staff of the third party service providers in order to enable them to assist us to interact with you via our Platforms for the ordering of goods or when delivering goods to you;

  • law enforcement, government officials, fraud detection agencies or other third parties when the disclosure of Personal Information is necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability or financial loss, to report or support the investigation into suspected illegal activity;

  • third parties (such as a potential purchaser and its professional advisors) in the event of any reorganisation, merger, consolation, sale, joint venture, or other disposition of any or all of our assets;

  • our service providers (under contract with us) who help with parts of our business operations (fraud prevention, marketing, public relations, technology services etc). However, our contracts dictate that these service providers may only use your Personal Information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit or any other purpose, and must treat such information as confidential information;

  • our suppliers in order for them to liaise directly with you regarding any goods you have purchased or for any other purpose which may require their involvement.
